Oracle continues to evolve Unifier with enhancements across mobile, REST‑API capabilities, and extensive modernization of the platform.

🔧 1. Native REST API Enhancements (Introduced in 25.4)

Delete files via REST in Document Manager—now equals browser app capabilities.

Retrieve Schedule of Values (General Spends, Payment Applications) through REST, replacing legacy SOAP services.

Task reassignment for active/inactive users, via REST, in shells or company-wide workspaces—with clear preconditions supported

📎 2. Microsoft 365 Integration (25.2)

Admins can now toggle integration with Microsoft 365, enabling real-time document editing directly within Unifier’s Document Manager and process forms

📱 3. Mobile Enhancements

Multi-image capture & PDF generation: Attach up to 10 photos via mobile and combine them into a merged PDF, complete with adjustable prefixes and sizes Oracle Docs.

Mobile process creation: Users can manually initiate business processes directly in the mobile app—previously available only in the web version Oracle Docs.

🚧 4. Legacy Deprecations & REST Transition

Oracle is sunsetting older tech:
